Hybrid event - in person and digital experience

International Energy Week: new hybrid format

Get the best of both worlds by tuning in online and attending in person, so you're able to make the most of the learning and networking opportunities! On Tuesday and Wednesday the event will be fully virtual, with the platform giving you access to all presentations and workshops, question and answer sessions, digital networking, and the virtual exhibition hall, as well as the opportunity to arrange one-to-one and group meetings.

On Thursday there will be a series of conferences and briefings at the InterContinental London Park Lane, allowing you to meet face to face with leading figures spanning the world of energy, take part in networking, drinks receptions, and in person meetings. All presentations and networking opportunities will also be available virtually, so if you're not able to make the journey we've got you covered!

Over the three days, conference sessions will be broadcast live - you can view the topics and speakers on the Agenda page. During the presentations, you will be able to contact other delegates, take part in question and answer sessions with the speakers, and be involved in polling throughout the week.

Attendees will have access to all of the presentation recordings following the event, so you'll be able to watch any sessions you missed at a time that suits you. The presentation slides will also be made available - perfect for refreshing your memory on the week's proceedings and going over any details that will be of use to you and your organisation.

Start networking before and during the event. You’ll be able to access the list of delegates and speakers to arrange meetings, as well as visit exhibitor and sponsor’s booths in person or virtually. Join in the live question and answer sessions and polling to make the most of the interactivity available online and in person.

Delegates will be able to access specially curated content available from the Energy Institute’s world-renowned Library, as well as Energy World and Petroleum Review – the Energy Institute’s industry-acclaimed magazines. Articles, publications, and other content will also be available virtually and at Thursday's venue.
