Guest information and dietary requirements

For table bookings, you will be sent a form in early February asking for the names and dietary requirements of your dinner guests. If you don’t have all guest details by then, don’t worry–you’ll get instructions on how to invite guests during International Energy Week.

Please note: if guest details are not submitted by the February deadline, their dietary requirements cannot be accommodated, and their names will not appear on the official table seating plan.
