Discounts are available for the following groups:

• EI Members: Register using your Energy Institute membership number to receive the member rate. If you need your membership number, contact [email protected].
• Press: Contact Neil Michie - [email protected] to request a discount code.
• Sponsors: Your discount code will be provided during onboarding. If you need assistance, contact Francesca Ferrari at [email protected].
• Students: Email a clear photo of your valid student ID to [email protected] to request a discount code.
• YPN: Contact Prem Vastani at [email protected] to request a discount code.

You can register up to 10 delegates in a single transaction by adding additional attendees during Step 4 of the registration process.

We close the registration form on the Friday prior to the event. You can still register on the day but this will require you to wait whilst your registration is processed, verified and payment taken. Wait times can last up to 45 minutes.

All delegates must carry a valid government-issued photo ID with them at all times while attending the event. ID is not required during registration, provided you can supply either a valid EI membership number or an active LinkedIn profile. If you are unable to provide either of these, you may be asked to present identification during the registration process.

Examples of accepted photo ID include a driving licence, passport, PASS card, student ID card, or other government-issued photographic identification.

Visa invitation letters are only available after you have registered for a delegate ticket, successfully completed the verification process, and paid your registration fee. Once these steps have been completed, you will receive a link for the visitor hub where you can download your visa invitation letter.

If your visa application is unsuccessful and you are therefore unable to attend the event, a refund will be processed after 16 February. In accordance with our admissions policy, a 30% administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once a booking has been completed. If you are unable to attend, please contact the event team to discuss the options available to you. Any exceptions will be considered solely at the organiser's discretion and in accordance with the event's terms and conditions.

Before the event, you will receive an email containing a QR code to confirm your registration. Please bring this QR code with you to the venue, as it will be required for entry and can also be used to print your event badge.

The QR code will also be available in the Visitor Hub from the week before the event, should you need to access it there.

You will receive a dedicated registration link as part of your Speaker Confirmation Pack. If you have not received your registration link, please contact Tom Bagot for assistance.

As a sponsor, your organisation may be entitled to a number of complimentary delegate tickets as part of its sponsorship package. Before registering, please check with your company's events or marketing coordinator to confirm whether any complimentary passes are still available.

If you are unsure who to contact within your organisation, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

If all complimentary tickets have been allocated, additional delegate tickets may be purchased at a 20% discounted rate. Please contact [email protected] for further information and booking details.

Before registering, contact us via email [email protected] and include a clear photo of your student ID to receive your 75% discount code.

Please register via the International Energy Week website using your EI membership number. This will automatically apply your member discount and help speed up the verification process.

Please register via the website and ensure you include a link to your active LinkedIn profile when prompted. This will help to speed up the verification process.

All registrations are subject to a verification process for security purposes. Once all required information has been provided and payment has been received, verification can take up to 10 working days.

Your membership number is used as part of the verification process that all registrations undergo for security purposes. This helps us verify attendees and minimise the risk of disruption at the event. If you are eligible for an EI member discount, your membership number will also ensure that the discount is applied automatically during registration.

Log in to your EI account and navigate to the homepage. Under your membership shields, you will find a box labelled "My Membership Details". Your membership number is displayed at the bottom of this box as a seven-digit number.

Photo ID is only required if you are unable to provide either an active LinkedIn profile or a valid EI membership number during registration. Where required, photo ID is used as part of the verification process that all registrations undergo for security purposes.

The Awards Dinner can be added during the registration process and is available as an optional purchase. If you have already completed your registration and would like to add an Awards Dinner ticket, please visit the Visitor Hub and select "Modify Registration". This will take you back into the registration form, where you can update your booking and add the Awards Dinner to your registration.

The event app will be available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store approximately two weeks before the event. A download link will also be provided through the Visitor Hub, making it easy to access and install the app ahead of the event.

Yes, payment by invoice is available if selected during the registration process. Please note that your registration will remain pending and will not be verified or confirmed until full payment has been received.

Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. Registrations with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days, or those remaining unpaid within 30 days of the event, may be cancelled without notice.

Please be aware that the option to pay by invoice will be withdrawn one month before the event. After this date, all registrations must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Yes, VAT may apply depending on the type of event and your location.

• Face-to-face events: All attendees will be charged 20% UK VAT. This is because the place of supply for in-person events is where the event takes place, and VAT is therefore applicable.
• Online events: Customers based in the UK will be charged VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. Customers based outside the UK may be subject to different VAT rules depending on their location.

You can update your demographic information or add a dinner seat or table at any time through the Visitor Hub. Simply log in using the email address and password you created during registration, then update your details to help us provide more relevant matchmaking opportunities.

Please note that personal information and selected sessions cannot be changed after verification without approval from the International Energy Week team.

To add an additional day to your registration, please contact the International Energy Week team at [email protected] with details of the day(s) you would like to add. The team will confirm the availability and any additional payment required.

Please note that we are unable to offer registration downgrades or refunds for unused days.

The opening keynote speaker for 2027 is not yet confirmed. Watch this space!

There will be networking opportunities and workshops taking place at International Energy Week 2027. A full calendar of them will be published in early 2027.

International Energy Week 2027 will focus on meeting growing demand in a diverging energy landscape. A key part of this is the urgent challenge of delivering energy security within - not alongside - the energy transition.

There are three critical content pillars:

The International Energy Week 2027 conference agenda will be available from October 2026 via the Agenda tab of this website. The EI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the format, content or timing of the conference programme at any time prior to and during the event in accordance with speaker availability.

Dietary requirements are collected during the registration process. If you need to update your dietary requirements after registering, please visit the Visitor Hub and select "Modify Registration" to amend your details.

To ensure catering arrangements can be accommodated, we recommend doing the month before the event.

Dietary requirements cannot be update via the hub within two weeks before the event.

The conference starts at 09:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The conference starts at 09:30 on Thursday.

The sessions in the main conference hall will be live streamed and recorded. Attendees will have access to these recordings for up to one month after the event, provided they complete the post-show survey.

They are scheduled to start at 19:30 on Wednesday 24th March, with pre-dinner drinks starting at 18:30.
