Tables can be booked using the main registration form. Each table seats ten people.
Table allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. If you book multiple tables together, they will be placed adjacent to each other on the day of the event.
You have two options for registering your guests:
- If guest names are known at the time of booking: Enter their details directly on the registration form.
- If guest names are confirmed later: Use placeholder names such as “Guest 1,” “Guest 2,” etc. You will receive a separate form closer to the event to submit final guest details. This form must be returned no later than two weeks before the event to ensure dietary requirements are accommodated. Once submitted, we will confirm your seating plan and send access details to share with your guests.

Important:
If guest details are not confirmed by the two-week deadline, you will receive physical invitation cards with your table number, company logo, and access details. These can be handed to guests on the day. Please note:
- Dietary requirements will not be accommodated.
- A seating plan will not be provided.
